This is one of the plants I've gotten from Hirts. I must say, I was kind of disappointed with the size. I'm well aware the 4 inch plants can be quite small, but this was pathetic. Well, It's in the ground and I've got new growth. I'm looking forward to this one providing a good amount of color till fall. Barberis are quite easy to grow. They need a good amount of sun and they tolerate a wide range of soil types.
