My 2-3 year old Persian lime tree arrived last week and it's exactly like I expected. It was about 2 feet tall and in excellent health. I can see significant new growth in just a week of sitting out on my patio. Because I live in the Florida, the tree was shipped from a nursery in the Jacksonville area. It did take 2 weeks to process the order, but the tree arrived in great condition even though UPS didn't seem to care about the 'Fragile - this side up' and left all 3 of my tree boxes on their side. (I also bought a Meyer Lemon and Blood Orange from the same seller.) I took a few pictures that I will upload.
