Cowhorn pepper seeds are not easy to find. The seeds were delivered quickly, in a small plastic bag. Every seed sprouted. Only one seedling died. I used Rapid Rooters in a non heated tray. They grow exceptionally well in hydroponic/bubbleponic systems and outdoors too. The hydroponic pepper plants were massive and produced much heavier.

These peppers are my family's favorite for canning. They can easily and last a long time. Low Scoville units but enough bite to still be a bit hot. I eat them with almost everything. The 'juice' is great in turnip greens or beans. I can eat a lot of these at one time without massive digestive problems or discomfort.
