My original order arrived courtesy of USPS totally pulverized, with soil spilling out of the busted box seams, with half of my plants out of their protective packaging and looking limp and lifeless. I did my best to revive them, and mentioned this in a note to the good folks at findlavender.com. Within days another package arrived to replace the ones that didn't make it...and I didn't even ask for that. These guys really do mean they want us to be completely satisfied as customers. Doing business with good people just makes sense, but the quality of the product is really what it's all about. These little plants are wonderful additions to our beds, and have taken no time to adjust to their new world in North Carolina. Kudos to Mario and the team - we'll be back and will be sure to tell our neighbors!
