Awesome pepper! Lots of flavor! I've been an organic herb grower for decades and this is makes the BEST crushed red peppers I've grown to date. Yes, it does have that cayenne heat, but the flavor comes across as well whether dried or fresh. When used fresh without the seeds the floral sweet and pungent flavor unique to cayenne peppers really comes through. Tons of peppers on every branch! Uses very little water. No problems with any pests or diseases. Prolific. Almost every seed sprouted so I had a lot of pepper plants to give away - the package contains 50 seeds. I'm not going to rate all of my Seeds of Change organic & heirloom purchases to date - but I've never been disappointed by any seeds this company sells. I've been using them for herbs (medicinal & culinary), flowers (medicinal, culinary & cuttings) and veggies since 2002 or 2003.
