BLUE FESCUE GRASS ( Festuca ovina glauca ) An excellent ornamental grass for groundcover with silvery blue foliage that grows in low dense mounds 4-10" high. The mounds do not grow together, they remain as fountain-like tufts. Contrasts nicely with broad-leafed perennials and Sedums. It retains its silvery-blue color all winter long.
