Ferry Morse Basic Organic Vegetable Garden Review

I've been germinating and raising plants from these seeds for the last three months. Here's how it's gone so far:

Onions - Sprouted, growing, high germination rate (9 out of every 10 seeds give me an onion). Don't try to sprout these inside unless you're going to eat the greens! The seedlings wilt quickly when you try to get them into the ground.

Watermelons - Growing pretty good vines from these! High germination rate (4 out of 5 seeds sprout). Make sure you grow these guys straight in the ground and not in peat pods; they like to be planted on hills so they can drain. Watermelons hate wet feet and you'll end up with stunted plants if you do it wrong.

Corn - High germination rate, won't know about these for a few more months.

Peas - High germination rate, thriving in moist outdoor soil.

Summer Squash/Butternut Squash - No clue, not included in my batch of seeds.

Bell Peppers - not germinating very well, but I'll update this in a couple months when growing season is over to see if anything happens with these guys.

Tomatoes - not germinating at all, this could be user error though! Even if it's a bad batch of seeds one should sprout eventually.

Cucumber - Going strong! 2 out of every 5 seeds germinate, but they're doing well.

Beans - I'll review these later, I'm soaking them to help promote germination before I plant them.

All in all, not too bad. I'd be more thrilled if I got more seeds to start, but sometimes this happens!
