GreenCure is a potassium bicarbonate-based fungicide used to control powdery mildew, black spot and other common plant diseases. GreenCure is recommended as a foliar treatment for more than 85 different plant varieties including vegetables, trees, ornamentals and houseplants. One tablespoon of powdered GreenCure to one gallon of water will cover approximately 450 square feet. GreenCure is also registered "for organic production" by the USDA's National Organic Program (NOP).

This is listed as organic and and suitable for use on food crops. As I am using it indoors on two old house plants I inherited that was an important factor in choosing this product. Also the fact that it is not in liquid form seemed a safer way to ship and store it.
After mixing it according to the directions -which are under three layers of label- I applied it and nothing happened; so a week later tried again and the fungus is less and the plants are looking a bit better. It will probably take two or 4 more to get rid of all together. I am happy with this and have plenty left over for years to come.
