I am not an expert at growing plants so I can't say I've compared dozens of fertilizers, etc. Our local Orchid nursery had recommended Jack's for orchids and since they are 45 minutes away, I decided to order from Amazon. I feed our orchids once/twice weekly with this and the orchids have rewarded us with blooms. It's not a miracle product, you still need to attend to the plant's requirements for temperature, humidity, sunlight, etc. I like the fact that it is in dry form, inside is blue powder and comes with a measuring spoon. If you are looking to try it, go ahead, it won't hurt at all.
