i ordered this dish for my recently purchased bonsai. When i received it, i thought they sent me the wrong item and contacted the seller immediately. I received a response within hours from Gene; he apologized for the mistake and said a replacement would be sent out immediately. it was after his response that i re-read the description and realized that it was my fault because i (stupidly) read the size as 8x10 and completely overlooked the word ROUND (maybe amazon can show the dimensions a little better (8.0 x 1.0?)...after a few emails back and forth gene actually called me and helped me find the correct size tray for my bonsai. the tray arrived In 2 days and fits perfectly!
