I didn't know what to expect since I have never bought live trees over the internet. The trees arrived well packed but the carrier did not take enough care in the handeling of the trees. One of the trees had the very top broken and there were several small limbs broken. I did not contact the seller or carrier about the condition because It was the end of the planting season for these trees and I wanted them in the ground now. So far so good, with the planting and I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment from this purchase. I do think that when the vendor should have shipped the trees in seperate boxes instead of shipping them together in one box. Having a container at each end of the box caused the box to break in the center like a wish bone.
