Blue Japanese White Pine Glauca 4 - Year Graft Review

I should have known better ordering a plant thru the mail. I have been burned before and why I expected more I do not know. Perhaps three stars is too many stars.
I did receive the plant within a week of placing my order(one star). The box was huge and I expected a large plant, instead, the 8" twig was enough to make you cry...$38.00; down the drain. At least the plant was alive(two stars) but if it took four years to grow this twig, I'll be dead before I can remove the training support. There were NO care instructions, planting advice, receipt or any paperwork to deal with this beautifully pictured pine needle specimen. Never-the-less, I planted it right away and protected it from some very cold weather. It has been a week in the ground and has yet to turn brown(three stars). My recomendation is to ALWAYS go to the local nursery and visually inspect their plants and take home the one you love the most. Like a mail order bride, never trust the picture, I should have know better but will learn to love this twig for what it is... the last plant I will ever buy thru the mail.
