I think if you are going to call plants "Proven Winners" they ought to survive the shipment & replant. The others seem to be doing all right. I am awaiting the growth and seeing how far they come this summer.

They seemed to be packaged well except it was a bit difficult getting the tape off the little plastic pots but in fairness, HOW ELSE would they hold all the soil intact? There was a ton of popcorn packing as well so you kind of had to hold onto the plants and gently dump the popcorn out. It took a bit of time so as not to harm the plants however, it still did not work - One died. The ironic part was the plant that died was the most grown and seemingly healthy or mature of the 5. The others were very sparse in vines and leaves like a starter plant usually is.

I realy hope the other 4 make it and are as prolific as they were claimed to be in the advertisement. I was going to buy more right away but given the circumstances, I will wait a bit and see if these thrive.

Update 6/15/13 - All 4 that did survive are going thriving.
